A custom plugin for EpcotMC
This plugin is to be used primarily for a separate adminchat for use by server staff.
Further applications of the plugin will be added in later updates.
USE:
/admin [message] -> send a message to other staff members
PERMISSIONS:
epcot.adminchat -> use and receive messages sent with /admin
