A simple light-weight plugin that allows you to toggle adding lapis to enchanting table or to toggle using xp when enchanting.

Works with 1.11!

Commands and Permissions:

/enchantlapis:
Description: The help command for EnchantLapis.
Aliases: /el, /elapis
Permission: enchantlapis.el

/autolapis <Player|Global> [PLAYER]
Description: Toggles whether to automatically have lapis in your enchanting table.
Usage: Use /al Player [PLAYER] to toggle theirs : Use /al Global to toggle everyones.
Aliases: /al, /alapis
Permission: enchantlapis.al OR enchantlapis.others to toggle it for other players.

/usexp <Player|Global> [PLAYER]
Description: Toggles whether to use xp levels when enchanting.
Usage: Use /al Player [PLAYER] to toggle theirs : Use /al Global to toggle everyones.
Aliases: /uxp, /usex
Permission: enchantlapis.uxp OR enchantlapis.others to toggle it for other players.

Default: Players will automatically have lapis in their enchanting tables. 
    Players will automatically use XP levels whilst enchanting.

An example of the config:

The UUID of the player is the first line with all the numbers and letters.
useXP is whether that player uses xp when enchanting.
containsLapis is whether that players enchanting tables contain lapis.
name, obviously means the player's name.
globalUseXP decides whether everyone uses xp or not.
globalContainsLapis decides whether everyone's enchanting tables contain lapis.
globalUseXP and globalContainsLapis wont show in the config until you toggle them using their respective commands (/al global or /uxp global)
