EmojiMc is a simple emoji plugin for Minecraft. You type in a specified code and an emoji appears replacing the code. No permissions are implemented.

Hey there, it doesnt look like he's updating it anymore. You can check my plugin out called emojix. It is similar to this, i will have emojis on signs soon.
