Fixed yet another /reload issue with our Plugin!
Added Function: ShowChatInConsole in config.yml, DefaultValue: false
What it does: It shows the all Chat Messages in the Console!
Improvement: /ehd reload - Now Reloads EHDGroupManager completly!

Ill explain how /ehd access works. First of the Group given the Permissions is always the first one you put in (REMEMBER THAT!)
So, ill give an Exampel: Say, you have the Groups Player, VIP, and VIP+
You want the Group VIP to have all the Permissions from Player, so you do /ehd access VIP Player
Now the Group VIP can access all Permissions from the Group Player!
Now you want the Group VIP+ to access both VIP an Player! So you do /ehd access VIP+ Player and after that /ehd access VIP+ VIP
now the Group VIP+ can access the Permissions from VIP and Player!
(You have to do it that way sorry...!)
