Do you want particle effects above head? If you answer yes so that plugin is for you! This plugin is inspired by Hypixel particlepacks.

- If you use speed/data larger then 0 on NOTE or REDDUST it change color of effect
- Using speed/data larger then 0 on MOBSPELL or MOBSPELLAMBIENT it will make effects colored like rainbow :D
- Particle effect named BUBBLE works only underwater

This plugin uses Metrics, to track anonymous data about servers using this plugin. It will help the future developement. But you can disable it, go to plugins/PluginMetrics and set opt-out to true

Posted Mar 30, 2014I can't get any of the specific hats to work.
For example: If I add effects.hat.splash to my Donator1 rank, it still tells me that they don't have permission to use that effect.
They have the other permissions needed, it's just the specific hats.
I can't even use hats if I have effects.*.
I can only use them when I set myself as OP.
Am I doing something wrong? Or is the permission different?

Cross server data :) for example I have a main hub and then 2 seperate lobbies for different styles of gamemodes (Zombies minigames and Random Minigames) if a player uses the fire effect in hub and then joins the Zombies lobby he still has the same effect applied because both servers are running your plugin and are connected to the same mysql :)
