The easy title plugin!
What does it do?
EasyTitles is a plugin for Bukkit that will give server administrators an easy way to make large groups of titles and give them to users through permissions.
Installation
Download and place EasyTitles in your Bukkit's plugin folder. Restart or reload your server and a config will be made for you.

Metrics
EasyTitles uses a service called Metrics by Hidendra. This will send anonymous data about the usage of this plugin to a website so we developers can monitor how much our plugins are being used. This isnt an official version as far as this plugin goes, and i will take it down on request if the author wishes me to.

Does HeroChat support placeholders? If so then yes and its tested on 1.8, 1.9.4 and 1.10. The way i have it working is that the placeholder outputs the title, and you can use other plugins to process the formatting. I do believe the placeholders are required with other chat plugins though as Herochat and Venturechat overtake the inbuilt formatting.
I have also recently re-coded it to be fully UUID compatible, so there may be a few minor bugs, but otherwise it works. I'll see if i'm allowed to repost it officially.

Posted Aug 20, 2016I have an unofficial version of this plugin with additional features such as adding titles directly to players, and hooks to MVDWPlaceholders so the plugin can mount to most chat plugins, including ones like VentureChat.
Would anyone be interested in it? If so, is this something i could actually post on Bukkit, maybe as a "Easytitles Reloaded" type thing?

Posted Apr 26, 2014This is a great plugin it works on my server with no problems. It seems everyone is having problems in changing colours but I think everything if well explained in the config link above. There are also some people who aren't aware that each group needs to have its own rank.

Posted Oct 11, 2013BUGS: My admin and owner titles are different format but they are the same color? When I do /title admin it is purple then when I do /title owner it is purple too when admin's format is &4, Also the names are all showing up gray, when the formats are different colors
