EasyBan
With this plugin you can ban griefers and other annoying people from your "offline" Server. To combat dynamic IPs EasyBan keeps track of players IP addresses and saves them into a file or database. Additionally you can ban entire subnets and/or countries if necessary. You can also add different DNSBL to block unwanted client hosts(open proxies, tor exit nodes, and much more). The plugin has support for Permissions (via bukkit API). When no Permissions plugin is installed all commands default to OP.

Permissions issue is resolved :D however I got another problem: When I try to join my localhost server it tells me that I have been banned, any reason? I also tried with other username but says that they are banned also

Posted May 11, 2012First off, I am here to stay, but will mainly focus on maintaining. Don't be afraid to ask for feature requests though.
The permissions are now via the Bukkit API, so unless your permissions plugin uses that, uh, bug them. :p
The empty messages generation thingy; I'll look into it. I may have to revert it to revived pre CB-1337 config classes aswell. :/

i ask because the console respond on eban command but not ingame, so i think its about permissions ?!

the bug with empty config was known but author was gone and its never been fixed but u know the answer :-)
and i test it today with my OLD config and OLD ban list and it looks very very nice, no errors today !
