EasyBan
With this plugin you can ban griefers and other annoying people from your "offline" Server. To combat dynamic IPs EasyBan keeps track of players IP addresses and saves them into a file or database. Additionally you can ban entire subnets and/or countries if necessary. You can also add different DNSBL to block unwanted client hosts(open proxies, tor exit nodes, and much more). The plugin has support for Permissions (via bukkit API). When no Permissions plugin is installed all commands default to OP.

Posted Aug 20, 2012Hello! Love the plugin, although i seem to be having some issues.
Still having this Error every few minutes:
[SEVERE] at org.bukkit.craftbukkit.scheduler.CraftWorker.run(CraftWorker.java:34) [SEVERE] at uk.org.whoami.easyban.tasks.UnbanTask.run(UnbanTask.java:37) [SEVERE] java.lang.NullPointerException
Cant seem to temp ban someone in minutes on the new 3.0.3 build to shut it up. Any ideas?

Answer: permissionsEX is crap. Migrate to bPermissions or something.
(pEX override's bukkit's built-in perm methods, which is stupid. Go yell at them.)

I have set my group 'Moderator' to have the permission nodes easyban.ekick easyban.emute easyban.eban easyban.ebanip but they can not use ANY of these commands without 'op' status. Which I will NOT give to anyone besides me. Please help... I use permissionsEX.

standard is still /ban and /kick and /banip for me
