Hey guys, bad news. My laptop died and I lost the source code for this plugin, so that means I'm going to have to discontinue it. I no longer have time to actively maintain it anyways. There are alternatives, don't worry; some are twice as good as mine. And with that, I'm afraid I'll have to close the project. Sorry! :(
A new kind of password protection plugin.
- When a player logs in, they won't be able to move, speak, place, destroy, or use blocks until they authenticate or register.
- Can also (coming soon) register them for forums such as: vBulletin, Invision Power Board, phpBB, and Simple Machines Forum.
- Supports MySQL and Flatfile (YML) data storage.

And no, it's not dead. I've just been really busy lately and haven't had much time to work on it. There's a bug in the File data source right now, so there's not much I can do until that's fixed.

Posted Sep 15, 2012Ok, so.. Each time the server is reloaded, or stopped, and started. It tells you to "Please Choose a password for this server and enter it in chat." I type in pw. it asks to type it in again. ok don't forget it. i log off, back on. all i gotta do is type in my PW. Perfect.. Reload or Stop and start server.. I get to Recreate a password again..? That just wont work...

Please make it so players can't chat before registering, players are typing their password in chat.

Yep! Any time they log in using your username (which is how permission plugins and opping works), they can't do anything (except run commands, I need to figure out how to block that) until they type in the password.

When this part will be done? Waiting for Invision Power board ^^.
It would be good, if you can register from server and it will create account on IPB, or registert on IPB and can login in MC server.

disable viewing coordinates such as when people log on to someone else account at the login screen, they are able to press f3 and view the coordinates. This gives access for them to go to these coordinates on their own account and trash the place. Like in the plugin AuthMe, there is an option for teleporting players that join the server to the global spawn point where the coordinates don't matter and after they login, they are teleported back to the coordinates they logged out at.
