The easy Ticket-System

How to use

Use /ticket get to get all the tickets, which are not closed. Open one Ticket and after reading you can mark it as closed.

Commands

  • /ticket create <subject>(1 word or like this i_like_this_server)<message>(write what you want)
  • /ticket get
  • /ticket open <subject>
  • /ticket close <subject>
  • /ticket delete <subject>

Permissions

  • ticket.create: Allows you to create a ticket
  • ticket.get: Allows to get all tickets, which are not closed
  • ticket.open: Allows you to open a ticket
  • ticket.close: Allows to mark a ticket as closed
  • ticket.delete: Allows to delete a ticket
