Our players at Minecarts.com always look forward to our holiday themed events. We had a great trick-or-treating event on Halloween, presents during the week of Christmas, and a bunch of April Fool's Day pranks. Easter will be just as fun with this plugin!
Ride chickens
Players can right-click chickens to mount/dismount them.
Bunny hops
Throw an egg at a player, mob, or any other living entity and they'll gain a jump boost for ~15 seconds.
Egg hunt
Every 5 minutes, the Easter Bunny hides an egg-shaped item in the tall grass near a random player. Items can be either a standard egg laid by a chicken, a diamond, or a spawner egg. Only 20 eggs can be active at a time to encourage egg hunting and to avoid entity-related lag.

Posted Apr 7, 2014I too would love to see an updated to 1.7.x version :)
I'm assuming due the complexity of what this plugin does, and being it was last released for 1.2.5 that it is NOT compatible with 1.7.x as is, but if someone's tried it, let us know your results :) Might throw it up on a test server just to see... If I do, I'll let ya know what happens.
Edit: Running craftbukkit-1.7.5-R0.1-20140408.020329-16.jar and seems to be running this plugin just fine.

Posted Apr 6, 2012It seems the issue of the jump buff is PVP damage, or lack thereof. If you guys have PVP damage off or creative mode on, it won't apply the effect.
If you can suggest an alternative method of tracking a player getting hit by an egg, other than the EntityDamageEvent, let me know!

Really strange. What plugins are you guys using?
I'm doing no OP or permission checks, so there's no reason this should be happening unless it's somehow conflicting with another plugin. Anyone else want to dive into the source and see if they notice anything fishy going on?

I hadn't planned on putting too much more time into this as it'll only get a few days of use. You're welcome to fork it on Github and configure the drops to your liking. Alternatively, you could hire me to tune the plugin to your needs. :)

Posted Apr 5, 2012Funny side note: Easterbunny can't tell NPCs from real players so he's been hiding eastereggs all around my NPCs from the Citizens plugin too. lol
