Dynamic Lights
This plugin gives specific items that should light up in your hands actual light!
Requires Light-API fork(The old one might work for older versions of minecraft, but my personal setup is for 1.15)
EntityTracking: true - Do you want Mobs, and dropped items to glow?
TickRate: 5 - How often do you want light to update
Async: true - Should this run asynchronous
AllowToggle: false - Allows the command /dynamiclights to work
LightItems: - Add your own Items!!

You need to download Light-API fork for it to work. I had the same problem.
