- I (hopefully) dun fixed the error with the leader not being able to disband the faction properly.

- Fixed a faction leader's ability to disband the faction without it causing server issues.
- The passowner sub-command should now work 100% better.
There is also a little bit of conquest code in there, but it is temp disabled until I get it ready.

- Fixed a glitch that didn't remove a player's invite when the faction is disbanded, allowing the player to join the faction while there is no leader.
- Fixed a glitch that didn't remove a player's invite when they accept the invite, allowing players to re-join a faction as many times as they want even if they get kicked.
- Fixed a glitch where it will notify a player that a faction already exists when they try to create a faction, while they are in a faction, even if the faction they tried to create did not exist.
- Added distance checking for the upcoming territory conquest features.
- -the passowner sub-command does not work properly. It will just say "(player) is in another faction." even if they are in the same faction. This has already been fixed for the next patch though.
- Added depend for Sync. Sync is REQUIRED to use this plugin.

- Added basic backbone for the future (optional) NPC faction system.
- -Discovered that the auto-updater is broken. Working on fixing that. (EDIT: Seems to be working now.)
