Ever wanted to play DvZ, but you couldn't either because Rob hosts it at the wrong time for you or you never get chosen? Now you can host your own Games using this plugin! Or you can change to configs to have your very own DvZ.

The two default versions: You can change most of these things in the config.

Incompatible plugins:
- LWC(only when used in the gameworld) - causes huge memory leaks, currently trying to get in contact with the author to see what I/he can do.

Disclaimer
show_andre111_tag:
This Plugin displays my name as "andre111 the Plugin Author" in chat by default.
If you don't want this you can simply disable it with the "show_andre111_tag" config option.
Metrics:
This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
If you wish to disable this feature (/me cries), you can do so by opt-ing out, which you can do in the config file under /plugins/PluginMetrics/

Posted Jul 3, 2013The monument bug has happened to me in either Bukkit or Spigot no matter where I set it.
I eventually learned how to place it where i want to by digging below then using the command.
Haven't had the other issues, we usually have between 50-100 players in a game.
Will let you know how it goes with the recent build.
Have a few bugs of my own, nothing major but will report them later today. :)

I'm trying to remove the potion effects, but it doesn't seem to work all the time. If you have essentials installed you can just use /heal to get rid of them.

Thanks for the cohesive and prompt response, just so i can fully get my head around it:
I literally had to make a new server to clear the effects on us, as they weren't showing in the inventory, even with player data removed and the plugin disabled, we still had the effects. Can there be some form of clear command?

I'm still confused, I did the release command, it said "monsters released!" and nothing happened. When I set the points it says "Using dummy game"
According to the picture, if a player dies they're a zombie, as with my 2 accounts, both are dwarves
Forgive me, I haven't played this game mode before, and it's quite difficult to set up with a lack of documentation on config/no tutorial video/nothing to explain how the game works in the info.

You don't have to disable normal mobs, but keep in mind that when you creta the world all mobs currently in it will be saved, too.
Enclosing the monsterspawn might be a good idea, because else skeletons will be able to shoot arrows

Alrighty, it just shows the dwarves count, is that it?
Also, I made my world, started a game, and straight away a creeper came along and blew a hole near the monument. Am I supposed to have standard monsters off?
Should the monsters have an enclosed spawn point?
Your instructions for setup are very basic.

I think scoreboard is set to only when sneaking by default. You can change it in the config.yml
You will have to manually edit or delete worlds. They are located in the dvz_worlds directory. But make sure the worlds are namend "1", "2", ... or else not all of them will get loaded

How do I get to a world?

The chance for each class is defined in the classes.yml(or monsters.yml for monsters).
It is 100% for Builder and 20% vor all other dwarf classes.

How random is random? I've just begun setting this up and all I've gotten so far after 5 games is Builder and Tailor (mostly builder)

Sorry but I don't understand what you mean. Classes are allready given out random and you can use the "dvz.allclasses" "dvz.alldwarves" "dvz.allmonsters" permissions to give certain players the ability to choose from all classes.

That way if a player wanted to be a certain class, they could do a command to become that class.
