Ever wanted to play DvZ, but you couldn't either because Rob hosts it at the wrong time for you or you never get chosen? Now you can host your own Games using this plugin! Or you can change to configs to have your very own DvZ.

The two default versions: You can change most of these things in the config.

Incompatible plugins:
- LWC(only when used in the gameworld) - causes huge memory leaks, currently trying to get in contact with the author to see what I/he can do.

Disclaimer
show_andre111_tag:
This Plugin displays my name as "andre111 the Plugin Author" in chat by default.
If you don't want this you can simply disable it with the "show_andre111_tag" config option.
Metrics:
This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
If you wish to disable this feature (/me cries), you can do so by opt-ing out, which you can do in the config file under /plugins/PluginMetrics/

If you don't let it end normally, you HAVE TO use /dvz_reset for the map to reset.
Also do a /save-all before using /dvz_createworld to make sure the world is saved correctly. (I also added this step to the Setup)

Posted Feb 6, 2013it just did that we cant become monsters anymore and we arent monsters and i waited and it dident reset the map and when i did /dvz_join ore start ... it gave me an error
so the world doesnt reset
and here is a few more bugs/stuff to fix and also can you do that if i say in the config that it does 1 assasin per 10 ppl and ther is 5 ppl in the game so can you do that it will do 1 assasin if its less ppl then waht i sed in the config and also pigs cant destroy dwarf stone so fast, pigs need to get an blaze powder and they will only develope (go to the next stage: baby pig - normal pig, normal pig - zombie pig.) when they right click it, zombie pigmen dont take all the hunger down, the auto add doesnt work, pigs exp doesnt reset, if someone joins in a middle of the game he doesnt become an monster he becomes an dwarf, pigs need to destroy MUCH faster like babies like 3 fast clicks to destroy 1 dwarf stone and normal pigs like 2 fast clicks to destroy 1 dwarf stone, dwarves can destroy the monument and last thing the /dvz_createworld doesnt save any obsidian so i have floating enchanting tables

Posted Feb 5, 2013can you add a snippet of coding that basicly states if dedicated mode= true
(learned basic c plus plus and forgot a bit XD so kinda remembered a bit and typed it in that format :P to give a better idea)
while dedicated more == true

}

I'm not sure what I can do about that, because it seems to be caused by DisguiseCraft
You could try setting movementUpdateThreading (and maybe bandwidthReduction, but try it enabled first) to true in the Disguisecraft config. You can also try setting playerHeldItemChange,playerArmSwingAnimation,playerSneakAnimation and disguiseArmorUpdates to false.
I included this information in the Setup section, because most people will be affected by it.

Posted Feb 5, 2013No it doesn't crash when I do the command it crashes a lot if times after that when were fighting because it makes a ton of lag :-(
And no you doesn't miss any potion
But what about what I see with the hungry pig?

I'm working on the Potionthing right now, but I can only do a limited amount of different potions.
Right now I have: Heal(8421), Strength(11449), Swiftness(16274), Nightvision(16310) and FireResistance(8259). Did I miss a important one?
I also made IronGolems 5 times stronger. This time without breaking them completly. :P
The Server is crahing on monster release? Could you please upload the crashlog?
But I might need to change the "Holding System" for the monsters anyway. Because it seems to cause some wiered issues.

i did an test game,
and here is what you need to fix:
1 ) the auto add doesnt work
2 ) the auto assasin doesnt work
3 ) i cant save a world when there is an monument
4 ) pigs cant destroy dwarf stone so fast
5 ) if someone joins in a middle of the game he doesnt become an monster he becomes an dwarf
6 ) zombie pigmen dont take all the hunger down
7 ) the server crashes all the time when the monsters are released (lag crash mabe try to add a system that will decrease the lagg
8 ) add the potion thing (if you left click the potion so it will give you an efect of the potion and throw an snow ball and where the snow ball hits ther will be an potion efect like when you throw an potion but you will still have the potion so i can have infinite potions from 1 potion and give also me and also my friends because when i use it i will always gett the efect but also someone else will but it has an 10 sec cooldown)
9 ) make iron golems stronger
10 ) when will 1.5 go out? because i need the dragons
11 ) pigs exp doesnt reset
12 ) pigs need to destroy MUCH faster like babies like 3 fast clicks to destroy 1 dwarf stone and normal pigs like 2 fast clicks to destroy 1 dwarf stone

and also do that pigs will destroy dwarf stone really fast.
and also do the potion thing. (if you dont know what i mean by potion thing watch the tutorial and look how they do the potions)
and also do that if someone joins after the monsters are released so he will become an monster and not an dwarf
and try to do that iron golems will be stronger.

it should work fine with protocol lib i have it installed and don't have any problems with it if you have some plugins like group manager it may still interfere with the plugin and cause it to not work. (it happened to me till i removed it)

Posted Feb 5, 2013Great plugin, love it! There's only one problem.
In order to let the game work, I require disguisecraft. But I need an other plugin called protocolLib in order to enable players attacking disguised players. But when protocolLib has been installed, dvz isn't working.
Could someone reply with a solution, or could you guys look at this next time you update DvZ?

It will only delete DvZ_Main(this world is automatically created and deleted)
