DutyToggle
Duty Toggle allows Guards on a server to broadcast a message - if they are on duty or off duty
Set Messages
(IN RED) Guard <name> is now off duty
(IN GREEN) Guard <name> is now on duty
The default is the guard will be off duty when the login - remember to tell them that!
