➲ Installation:
- Download dtlTraders(Plus).jar and place it into your plugins folder. Since the recreation version "5.0.0" you need to delete the dtltraders folder! (shops created with older versions are automatic converted!)
- Download Citizens (Citizens2) and place that into your plugins folder as well.
- You also need Vault and ANY economy plugin.
- Start your server.
- Installation is done.
Note: If you want to convert again , check the Documentation and go to the section converter for more.
↝ Simple guide:
- Create or add trait trader's to a npc with the GUI /dtltraders trait
- Make your shops using /dtltraders create "name"
- Add the items in your inventory that you want to sell in the shop
- Manage/edit shops content using /dtltraders edit or /dtltraders trait
- In the edit options you can drag/drop items, set prices, set limits, set names and much more .
- After finish, right click on the NPC and choose the shop you want to hook into.
- You are done :)

Posted Jan 25, 2014Is this a completely new dev version (as of 1 hour ago)? I don't believe that enchantments might be the cause of the issue of not being able to right click the trader. (because nobody else can right click them even without enchantments/lore, I am the only one able to right click with enchantments/lore)

failed enum..... delete config file and let it regen.
In your config file it says Debug: ALL
It should say Debug: CRITICAL or Debug: NONE
Not sure how it changed to ALL...... You can delete the config and let it regen or change that to NONE or CRITICAL.
I would just delete it and let it regen.
Take a look at what I did. I changed it from Debug: CRITICAL to Debug: PIZZA lol... just as a proof of concept Look toward the bottom where it says caused by:

I am a bit confused, if I have enchanted items it works, just for noone else. Do they break indefinitely after somebody acceses them with enchanted items?

I keep getting the same error as you. The funny thing about this is that it only occur with new traders I create, the old ones works perfectly fine.

With my experience, dtl does no such thing. It did for a few dev builds, but that is fixed now.
99% of items that are made from other plugins, like crackshot, can be sold and still retain all features of the original item.
Why have you just not tested this out yourself? Try to use the dev build first.
I've have done extensive... very very very extensive testing with dtl.
I have never run into a plugin that it cant handle.
It saves lores.
Not only that, plugins that make custom items, look for custom names to make that custom item work(how programming works) So, as long as dtl does not remove lore, then the item will work. As of now, JAN 8 dev build, it will NOT remove lores. Meaning, it WILL support ANY item from ANY plugin.

Posted Jan 25, 2014Hello! I have a couple of questions. Do you know when this plugin will be updated to 1.7.4?
My other question is regarding the plugin "Epicboss". Epicboss's development has stopped, and in doing so, another developer is developing the spiritual successor to Epicboss called "Mythic Mobs".
If I'm not mistaken, EpicBoss's custom item feature was compatible with your plugin, however, I have heard that your plugin is removing attributes given to custom items made in MythicMobs. Would you have to add compatibility to Mythic Mobs, or is it merely a difference in the versions? (Mythic Mobs is in 1.7.4, DtlTraders is in 1.6.4).

I still got some serious problems with adding lores to items, so this is why a lot of UI things break when some1 has got any item with lore attached to it, trying to fix it

We think the problem is thet the plugin we installed is 1.6.4. Can you guys please post a link to teh website for downloading 1.7.2/1.7.4? @Mre30

And when a command does not work 'command unknow' Usally means that the plugin did not enable.

Yea... I am getting there.
This page has been like this for ages. It takes a..... non lazy person to actually figure out how to use the plugin. But man, is it the best out there. I couldn't run a server without it.
