➲ Installation:

Download dtlTraders(Plus).jar and place it into your plugins folder. Since the recreation version "5.0.0" you need to delete the dtltraders folder! (shops created with older versions are automatic converted!)
Download Citizens (Citizens2) and place that into your plugins folder as well.
You also need Vault and ANY economy plugin.
Start your server.
Installation is done.

Note: If you want to convert again , check the Documentation and go to the section converter for more.

↝ Simple guide:

Create or add trait trader's to a npc with the GUI /dtltraders trait
Make your shops using /dtltraders create "name"
Add the items in your inventory that you want to sell in the shop
Manage/edit shops content using /dtltraders edit or /dtltraders trait
In the edit options you can drag/drop items, set prices, set limits, set names and much more .
After finish, right click on the NPC and choose the shop you want to hook into.
You are done :)

Nevermind. The fix was to write /trader sellprice 266 p:10.

But what else is there besides the letter p? and what does it even mean?

It's giving me an errror whenever I try /trader sellprice 266 10. How can I set prices for selling and buying for a basic trader?

Try downloading the newest version and installing that one. I had something similar, but it has since been fixed with the newest update.

Also to see what version you are running you can look at the startup logs where it says "Enabling DTLtraders"

What version are you running? Are you punching the trader so that it says "Manager mode enabled for: (Name)"? Are you clicking the green wool that says "Unlock Stock"?

Sweet thank you. Just a quick question. How do I set it so that when someone buys something it will deposit that money in to the town bank (Towny)? I remember seeing it somewhere but can not remember where it was.

Try to remove the "locales" folder, to reset them (i think all should be fine after this)

Hey Buddy,

the http://wiki.citizensnpcs.com/DtlTraders/Commands link is broken. I have tried the citizens wiki but its the same link there too. Any fix?

Hi dandielo,

thx for your fast reply :). I had to remove that slash in line 7 from the example in order to make it load correctly. So my patterns.yml not looks like this:

mypattern: type: price all: - 35 p:12.00 - 35:3 p:12.12 - 3 p:4 - sand p:55.5 buy: - 0 m:0.9

You should document the modifier feature :) It's really handy but at first I though it was a bug ;) I also noted that there is a small bug in the chat responses:

1. I listed the currently active patterns for the trader via "/trader pattern show" (should be none). The chat answers with: "Invalid keyword!:"

2. I added "mypattern" to the traders patternlist via "/trader pattern add mypattern" The chat answers with: "Changed Invalid keyword!: mypattern"

3. I did another "/trader pattern show" Chat answers with: "Invalid keyword!: mypattern,"

you just added one thing to much :P

your pattern looks like this:

//this line is wrong, the name should be not added after the ":" character the key is the patt name, example below this code pattern_name: Test type: price all: - 35 p:12.00 - 35:3 p:12.12 - 3 p:4 - sand p:55.5 buy: - 0 m:0.9

it should look like this:

//this is right :P Test: type: price all: - 35 p:12.00 - 35:3 p:12.12 - 3 p:4 - sand p:55.5/ buy: - 0 m:0.9

I tried with survival and creative mode. Normal and opped player can duplicate. This bug appeared when the add this touch screen, few months ago.

Your plugin is so important for me :) I don't want to use another.

I have found a bug/glitch. When you add an item into buy/sell inventory of the npc after some prices have been added to some blocks, all items below the new item you put into the npc will have their prices gone.

I hope this makes sense. :P

If some1 else could try to dupe items with the method below that is shown by siemaeniu500 and use them in survival mode. If you find any glitch issue please send it to me, I'm still trying to disallow this, but still cant get behind it Oo

I don't got a server but I know how to duplicate items with your way. Have you tried this bug with old cititraders2 with "Touchscreen: ON"? If you tried it with the same way I will try to look how they did it, if you didn't checked it the same way I will try to do it (if it will run and work with a MC version that got the touchscreen option)
