DrugsXL

Information

DrugsXL will make you high when right clicking with specific items. Those items will automatically be renamed when spawned, picked up, crafted, or just simply in your inventory. The automatic renaming can be turned off in the config file. If you turn it off, all the drug items need to be put in a crafting table before they can be used. The extra items needed for some drugs will not be renamed, due to convenience issues. For example, Meth needs an Iron Ingot and a Flint and Steel. It would be annoying to have Iron Ingots constantly re-named to Meth Pipe if you have the permission drugsxl.meth.

How you use it

Simple. Hold the drug that you want, go into sneaking position (usually by holding SHIFT), and then right click.
Don't forget to sneak!!
Some drugs, for example Meth, need multiple items to work. The list of drugs & their effects has those extra items needed.

How to craft drugs

Crafting drugs is only enabled when you have automatic renaming turned off. To see how to turn it off, click here.

To craft drugs, you simply need to put the drug item in a crafting table. The output will be the renamed drug! (only if you have the permission to do so. See a list of permissions here.)
There's one exception to crafting the drugs, which is Meth. Meth has as "qualities", which are:

• Bad - Bad Meth. Minimal effects.
• Cheap - Good for a quick rush.
• OK - It's the standard in the Meth industry.
• Fine - Special, has healing proportions.
• Expensive - Very expensive.
• Very good - Top of the line Meth. Nothing better than this!

You can download the DrugsXL.jar, which is the plugin's jar file. You can simply put this in your plugins folder, and restart/reload the server!

List of drugs, and their effects

This list will have information about the drug, its effects, its speech slurs and a video showcasing that drug. These videos were not made by me, they were made by someone going by the name of wartheft24.

Cocaine

Cocaine is a very powerful, and very expensive drug. You don't need anything to snort cocaine. Cocaine makes you jump very high, and run very fast.
Default item: 353
Speech slur: Change some letters and numbers into text that blinks very fast. This is configurable via the config.yml.

Methamphetamine

Meth, short for Methamphetamine, is a drug that varies in its quality.
There's very expensive Meth, there's dirt cheap Meth, and there's everything in between.
You need a Flint & Steel, and an Iron Ingot to smoke Meth. Here are all the qualities, and how to craft them:



Default item: 406
Speech slur: ALL CAPS! Everything you say is UPPER CASE.

Marijuana

Marijuana is a relatively cheap stimulant. It will make you unable to mine, and you'll walk slowly. You need some papers (paper) and a lighter (flint and steel) to smoke this.
Default item: 351/2
Speech slur: Makes you say ".. uh.." between every word. This is configurable via the config.yml.

Caffeine

Caffeine is an extremely cheap sober-up. If you're already high, it will make you sober (no longer high). If you're not already high, it will make you very hyper and you will run very fast. You don't need anything to swallow caffeine pills.
Default item: 351/3
Speech slur: Removes all spaces. Every word is stuck together.

Ecstasy

Ecstasy is a cheap "love drug". It will make you very horny, and you will have slight hallucinations (hearts everywhere). You don't need anything to swallow Ecstasy.
Default item: 351/9
Speech slur: Adds smiley faces before, and after your text. Also switches letters around a lot. This is configurable via the config.yml.

Cyanide

Cyanide is a suicide pill. It's as simple as that. It will poison you, and then kill you after a few seconds. You don't need anything to swallow Cyanide.
Default item: 351/5
Speech slur: None. You just die.

Acid

Acid is a crazy drug. It will make you have extreme hallucinations, and you will hear crazy noises. You don't need anything to swallow Acid.
Default item: 351/14
Speech slur: Switches letters around. Makes your text basically unreadable.

Meridiem

Derived from Glowstone, this is a very strong drug. Research shows that it has some Night Vision proportions, showing that it will give the ability to see in the dark. Meridiem will also give you an awesomely radical healing ability. Meridiem makes you extremely hungry. Meridiem's glowing shows radioactivity, which makes it burn skin on contact. You need a golden straw (blaze rod) to snort Meridiem.
Default item: 348
Speech slur: Y-You s-stutter o-on e-every w-word.

Quick Drug Shop

The quick drug shop is a shop that comes up when you shift-click with an emerald in your hand. This is set to true in the config.yml by default, but you can turn it off. Here's a picture showing this drug shop.

As you can see, it has all the drugs and drug accessories. They're already renamed. It's pretty simple. If you're in survival or adventure mode, it will take emeralds away when you click on a drug. If you're in creative, it will simply add it to your inventory and not cost you anything. When taking drugs from this inventory, you can't drag them. You click on the drug's item and it will send it to your inventory automatically.
Here are the default prices for drugs:
Methamphetamine: 15
Cocaine: 15
Meridiem: 20
Marijuana: 5
Caffeine: 1
Ecstasy: 10
Cyanide: 5
Acid: 20
