| drugdealer.* | Gives holder every Drug Dealer permission except for drugdealer.immune |
| drugdealer.reload | Gives holder the ability to reload the plugin and configuration from the disk |
| drugdealer.immune | Gives holder immunity from other peoples' attempts at drugging them |
| drugdealer.get.drugitem | Gives holder ability to see what the current drug item(s) are/is |
| drugdealer.get.steroiditem | Gives holder ability to see what the current steroid item(s) are/is |
| drugdealer.get.bathsaltitem | Gives holder ability to see what the current bath salt item(s) are/is |
| drugdealer.drug | Gives holder ability to drug him/herself |
| drugdealer.drug.other | Gives holder ability to drug another player |
| drugdealer.druglord | Gives holder ability to drug every player on the server except for him/herself |
| drugdealer.steroids | Gives holder ability to give him/herself steroids |
| drugdealer.steroids.other | Gives holder ability to give another player steroids |
| drugdealer.steroidparty | Gives holder ability to give steroids to every player on the server except for him/herself |

If no permissions system is being used, all commands default to OPs.
