DropsDisplay
DropsDisplay will highlight items on ground. (Check images)
Features
Items drop in the ground will have a tag above them with the name of the item and the amount.
The color of the font for the item name, separator and amount is configurable using the config.yml file
The character to be used as separator can be changed from the config.yml file (Defaults to 'x')
There is an optional setting to make items "glow" (Same glow of raiders when player right clicks a bell) Default is off.
User experience
For the players it's really useful specially when harvesting Bamboo or Sugar cane, making it easier to spot the stacks on the ground.
Same way it will help when mining on caves to spot easily if some blocks drop down.
Imagine killing the Wither and not seen immediately where the Wither Star is. This plugin will fix that.
Planned Features
Different language support (Still not sure how to implement this)
Blacklist/Whitelist to define what items should or should not be highlighted.

Sorry for the late response, it should work for 1 item only. What version did you try it on?
Bukkit, Spigot, Paper?
I'm working on updating the plugin to Minecraft 1.21 now. But maybe that's the issue, incompatible versions.
In the screenshots you can see it works for 1 item.

The items will be displayed with the name in english by default I believe. I was suggested to add a config to be able to cusomize the items names, but I'm still looking into how to do that. I new to Bukkit, but I have seen some options, I'm just not sure how well they would work. I also still have to try if the server can run in a different language and that would update the names to display in that language.
