Like the DragonShouts in Skyrim?
Well now you can have them in your Minecraft server!
Almost every shout is included with more in the pipeline.
Each shout also has a cool down time to stop people spamming it.

Features:
- 23 DragonShouts each with individual effects and cooldown times
(you can find the full list here (with permissions nodes): http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/dragonshouts/pages/shouts/)
- Multiple ways to use the shout
- RPGMode (disables /ds <shout> command) - for use on RPG servers (changeable in config)
- Permissions support (switch on or off in config)
How to use:
Type "/ds" for a list of all commands
Either:
Type each of the words directly into chat (type "/ds shouts" and "/ds shouts+" to view the full lists in-game)
or
Type /ds <first word of shout> to automatically use the most powerful version of the shout upon right clicking with a Ghast Tear (still a cool down time) - Only works if RPGMode is off
Permissions:
The permission nodes are:
dragonshouts.shout.<nameofshout>.<level>
(Max level is 3)
For example:
dragonshouts.shout.fusrodah.2 - Let the player use the Fus and Fus Ro shouts
dragonshouts.shout.wuldnahkest.1 - Let the player use the Wuld shout
dragonshouts.cooldown.bypass
Allows admins to bypass cooldown.

Posted Mar 21, 2012Marked for Death throws a error, unable to lower armor durability. Kyne's Peace does not "tame" angry wolves, aggro zombies, or any other mobs. Other than that, I am suprised that this plugin needed a very small update. Good work @Mrfence97 and @Zantom07

Posted Mar 18, 2012I would like a more elaborate config file, that lets you customize every aspect of each word, of each shout. Perhaps like this;
Also, a global recharge time would be great, instead of one for each shout. Thanks for your attention :3.

Well I did not mean to sound rude, I also know he references things, some of the actual actions perform smoother imo, and I was trying to suggest ways to improve it.
If you do or do not its your choice, I'm not trying to demand anything, I liked this plugins features a lot, but I removed it as at the time of writing some of them felt a little clunky compared the existing system we used.
I only suggested to look at it so you might see ways to improve yours to a be a little better in the areas it could do with improvement.
Again I'm very sorry this came off the wrong way, I did not put much thought or respect into how I typed that comment and for that I apologize may this comment also extend to the current development team as well.
I was definitely in the wrong with my quoted comment I will not be denying that.

Posted Mar 17, 2012Could this be more configurable in the config file? like cooldowns and such. Also a command to use these shouts only by command (would work great for hotkeys) :S. Thanks ^^
Edit: I see that you can use them through regular chat and not commands, could that have a requirement like having to have all caps?

Alright, I read through your post and 'Imo' your very biased and in no way understand the actual coding of the matter.
Now don't get me wrong in some case I do understand how you would feel the need to push your opinions on to a group because you feel them to be worthy, but its like bethesda coming to mojang, and while mojang shows off some new minecraft perks they go " Oh no uh uh, that looks so horrible~ change that! Make it more like skyrim, Skyrim has all of this and that."
Your feedback was more so lobbying one plugin against another. He referenced a lapiz block so that the explosion effect would yeild more effective results rather then creating a blast radius around the player. (That calls for a high string listener as well) Most of your comments really just speak on how you dislike the plugin for what it is. In order to make the changes you suggests, he would rewrite the basics of his code~ which is the same as asking for a new plugin all together. (Like seriously he'd need to re-reference everything and change the main class file)
Not to mention its not "Quantity over Quality" all of the shouts work effectively and correctly in my opinion, this is merely how he choose to execute them. The thu'um plugin wasn't one in which Fence choose to copy~ so he probably rarely uses the same method to emulate the same effect.
It'd be best if you just waited with your thu'um buddies instead of demanding changes on an already evolved plugin , imo that is~

EDIT: i think ledhead900 is right. IMO unrelenting force, fire breath and clear skies of the other plugin are better and the animation of become ethereal is great. i would love this plugin so much if you combine this 2 plugins. I'm sure there are many skyrim fans that would think the same if they see this 2 plugins.

so lets say you get the permission for Ro, but not Fus. Maybe make it so you will have level 1 for FusroDah, it just doesn't go straight to level 2.... If you know what i mean-

ok, well I was just pointing out that due to those things its actually not fun for me at least its so much about the ideas those were great its just how it was executed if you look at the plugin I sent you that's what I am currently using, I was not going for die hard skyrim fan attack to the you or nothing.
I just feel its a little clumsy in execution when the one I currently use is seamless almost as if it was built into the game properly.
The block appearing was first thing I noticed and it shit me off, see on the other one we use it just uses particle effect for tnt and it looks amazing. The error appears with most shouts that throw blocks ;).
As for the cooldown what I am referring to is that it just seems overly complicated and not informative I will post what I have setup for a message on the plugin we currently have been using.
The alert is shows when u cant shout and u try to, and when its ready it auto shows the ready msg in chat imo it just looks cleaner and mesh's well with the game play.
I'm just trying to help improve this one as its features are good they just need to be polished imo, but that block appearing really has to go who ever has liked that well I am just lost for words. Also the mini explosion was not listed as a feature in your description for the shout honestly it does not need that and it ruins the shout for me. The one in this plugin we use now sets in a radius around the player everything on fire a ring of fire.
I can see players on my server getting annoyed with the tnt shout, I guess what I am saying is that I was hoping to swap to this plugin but all these things are just too much the ideas like I said were good on paper but when I used them felt a little awkward in game to use whilst the current plugin I have now execute shouts perfectly with grace.
In general just load up the plugin I mentioned in my last comment go for a dig thru code and test it out see how they got things to work well and try this in your plugin then this plugin will be great and I would gladly move to it. I do like your shouts but I just found them a little awkward to use and unnatural.

Well I'm sorry to hear about all of your problems with the plugin but I'm afraid that I cannot please everyone with all the features. I've had some positive feed back about the "block appearing in-front of you" and I can't understand why you think the cooldown alert is silly - can you enlighten me? I was also wondering which shout you were using when you got that error so I can try and fix the issue; and to answer the question about what Fire Breath does - it sets the enemies in-front of you on fire and also creates a mini TNT explosion.
I like to think that my plugin is for people who want to have some fun on their servers as oppose to people who are die-hard Skyrim fans. Of course that's no excuse for bad execution however I feel that I have done my best in the short time I have had experience with Java and hope you respect that!

Edit Ok tested most of these, not very well executed ideas, great ideas and concepts but they just don't impress. Also why does yol toor shul (the fire breath) shoot a tnt that mini explodes ?
