Hello, this is my first plugin that is suitable for dev.bukkit.org also please bear with us. Plugin is called

Strap Dragon (DO IT COMES TO NAME plugin) is known from large servers, the plugin like mine you will not find anywhere,
here is a sample image while the plugin.

As you can see minimum bar "disappeared" because I have set myself the temporary disappearance of the belt
here picture a few seconds.

This plugin uses the library BarAPI. Link this plugin: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/bar-api/

Installation:
1 Download library (plugin) BarAPI
2 Download the plugin PasekSmoka
3 Upload plugin to the plugins folder
4 Turn on the server or reset it
5 Configure the config.yml file as described here.
6 After configuring the server, type / PasekSmoka reload or reset the server
7 If you are on a server quit and go to him (Re-log)
8 If you see a strap and is it any inscription, congratulations! You have configured the plugin correctly

Commands:
/ PasekSmoka autor - Shows the author of the plugin
/ PasekSmoka reload - Resets the configuration of the plugin.

Permissions:
PasekSmoka.reload - gives you the ability to reset the configuration.

Variables:
% max% - Shows the number of server slots
% online% - Shows players online (number)
% nick% - Shows the name of player

Configuration:
 

1. Time after which the bar disappear
   
2. Time is given in seconds
   Czas: 50
   
3. Message displayed on the bar, it can not have more than 64 characters
   Wiadomosc: '&6Message test, the plugin &aDragon&cBar'
   
4. The belt has to be all the time whether or not disappear after certain time
   
5. If it is true, does not go away, if it is false disappears after a certain time
   Trwaly: true

This plugin has a different Polish version written by me which is called "PasekSmoka"
