Forum Group Sync

Please view the official wiki here The forumConfig.yml is a special config file. It defines the database that is used for the forum, which forum you are using, and the database prefix. Its easy to setup. Just set enabled to to true, set whichever forum board you want to true, enter in your database details, enter in the prefix, and set the mode. There is comments included in the config file so it should be easy to understand. Still have questions? You can ask one here http://aman207.net/support

Forum Groups

You define where to set the forum groups in the [packageConfig].yml file. First, make sure that enabled is true in forumConfig.yml then open up whichever package that you want to sync with a forum. There are three forum sync options. forum-group: 0 forum-expire: false forum-expire-group: 0 Forum-expire and forum-expire-group are only used if the packages expires. To find out the group ID number, you need to go into your forum AdminCP. It can normally be found in the URL once you go to edit a group. So for example, with MyBB when I go to edit a group, I see this in the URL http://localhost/forum/admin/index.php?module=user-groups&action=edit&gid=9 I can tell the group ID number is 9 because its the only number there. If you are still confused on where to find your forum group ID, you can always use trusty Google to help you ;)
