Usage
- Edit config.yml to allow or disallow items from being dispensed or dropped globally across your server.
- Give dispenseit.place.dispenser permission to the groups you want to be able to place dispensers.
- Give dispenseit.place.dropper permission to the groups you want to be able to place droppers.
Current features

Metrics
To determine popularity of versions, features, and lingering usage, plugin installs are automatically tracked by the Metrics plugin tracking system. If you don't want to help or are paranoid, edit plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml and set opt-out to true.
