Description
This Plugin will allow you to disable ANY Plugin on your Server with out having to stop the whole Server is self
So that you can keep your server running with out having to stop it and remove the Annoying Plugin
This will let your sever be more efficacy and productive

The issue with that is, Minecraft plugins are like Minecraft Mods, they can not just be disabled for each world, the best thing you could do for that would be to remove the permission nodes for the players in the other worlds to use that plugin!
