DisableDrops
DisableDrops is a simple but useful plugin (mostly for kit servers) Bukkit plugin that disables items from being dropped. Both from death and dropping items one by one.
Permissions
There's only 1 permissions node: dd.drop -Bypasses the features of this plugin. (If you want someone to be able to drop items, give them this node.)

None
Give me suggestions on what I should implement in the near future.

Yes, I tried that, but then I thinked that there's a better way to do it: enabling keepInventory as a gamerule!
