Are you annoyed of these users, who continue to ask if you could change the weather to sunny? Yes, you are! Here's your solution: The users can create new votes for weather or time, everything 100% democratic! After 60 seconds (or if all players have voted), the time/weather will be changed - if more people have voted yes than no! Easy as is!
Commands
/demovote new <sunny/rainy/day/night> | Creates a new voting. /demovote vote <yes/no> | Votes yes or no for the current voting. /demovote info | Displays information about the current voting. /demovote delete | Deletes the running voting (needs admin permissions) /demovote help | Shows the help page.
Permissions
demovote.create: Allows the player to create a new vote. demovote.vote: Allows the player to vote. demovote.admin: Gives access to the administrative commands.

" PlayerX just started a new vote. Type /demovote yes or /demovote no to vote."
/vote is a command used by lots of other plugins.

Your permissions info wraps so downvote permission might get missed. People expect permissions to be listed in bullet format. Might save you some support time to fix that on this page.
