How to make your signnames.txt work with V2.0

V2.0 changes how the signname.txt stores sign names. This means that it is not backwards-compatible with previous versions. It is not hard to modify this file yourself if you don't want to just re-register signs in game (By Right clicking them).

If the hub sign name is 'test' pre-2.0 stores it like this: test:x:y:z

To make it 2.0 compatible, just add the world name the sign is in and a _ to the name, like this(assume the world the sign is in is world_one): world_one_test:x:y:z
