What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
typing "/dectp list [signtype]" should provide a list of tp signs of a given type. This will help in linking hubs and branches.

Please provide any additional information below.
Should be relatively simple to implement, but since I don't  have any experience designing plugins, I'm lost in that regard.
Example output:
/dectp list hub
Spawn, 0, 0, 0
Arena, 192, 64, 42

It would be more or less a (possibly) filtered dump of the config.yml file.

As a side note, some help text would be awesome when just typing "/dectp"

woah..totally forgot about this one. Sorry, work promotion + twins on the way kinda put this project on the back burner..but things have steadied out (seems I say that alot lol) and if you still want this I"ll work on it shortly.
