What is this?
This was inspired by the spout-based winter plugin that was developed in the winter of 2011. It recreates the stack-able snow feature without the use of Spout, all with original code of course!

Features:

Stacks snow in increments of 1/8th blocks when a snowball is thrown. The snow stacks where the snowball impacts.
Respects protected regions. If you can't build in it, then you can't snow it up.

It should work with no issues with the latest version of bukkit. As for new features, I've no clue what to add.
