Change the Prefix from other Players or the Chat Format! This Plugin supports Color Codes!

Installation
1. Download the .jar
2. Put the .jar into your 'plugins' folder
3. Restart your Server
4. Enjoi!

Commands
/prefix <name> <prefix> - Change or Set a prefix of the specified username.
______________________________________________________________________________________________
Chat Format
Default:
{Prefix} {Name} {Message}
Format Codes:
{Prefix} - The specified Prefix, which a Player have.
{Name} - The Name, which a Player have.
{Message} - The Message, which a Player send's into the Chat.
Example:
Config: {Prefix} &2<&r<Name>&2>&4: {Message}
Ingame: [Prefix] <Player>: Hello There!

Just something I've seen is that people will write in their own language and then the author can use Google Translate (translate.google.com) to see the message in English.
