What is it?
DarkHorse is a simple, lightweight plugin that lets you spawn all types of rideable beasts in Minecraft, INCLUDING the "darker" horses in the game. That's right - zombie and skeleton horses! Using a simple set of commands, you can spawn in these mobs immediately and shock people with the unnatural horses!
And now, not only can you spawn all the types of horses, you can even ride them too! Spawn a tamed horse, right-click with a saddle, and travel through the countryside on your noble undead steed!

| /dh donkey tamed chest | Spawn a normal, tamed donkey with chests at your current location |
| /dh mule | Spawn a mule at your current location |
| /dh mule tamed | Spawn a tamed mule at your current location |
| /dh mule tamed chest | Spawn a normal, tamed mule with chests at your current location |
| /dh skeleton | Spawn a skeleton horse at your current location |
| /dh skeleton tamed | Spawn a tamed skeleton horse at your current location |
| /dh skeleton tamed chest | Spawn a normal, tamed skeleton horse with chests at your current location (makes it rideable) |
| /dh zombie | Spawn a zombie horse at your current location |
| /dh zombie tamed | Spawn a tamed zombie horse at your current location |
| /dh zombie tamed chest | Spawn a normal, tamed zombie horse with chests at your current location (makes it rideable) |

Its almost the same as themagicmoon's Idea
but then like this:
/skeletonhorse <type> <health> <speed>
thus being able to set health too :)
Health: 1 health entered is 1 health point, so 20 health = 10 Hearts
and speed should be: 1 is around a normal horse: 2 is 2 times as fast etc.

In single player if you ride a tamed horse then use MCedit to change the NBT tag for horse type to either 3 or 4 you can have a tamed one. (hope this helped :))

Unfortunately, they are not tamable in vanilla Minecraft, so it is not possible to do. I will look into the possibilities of whether this will be doable in code, but I'm not sure.

At this point, it really wouldn't be hard to do at all. You wouldn't be able to customize the appearance of the horse, but you could choose between a normal horse, a donkey, and then the skeleton and zombie horses.
