1.Download the latest .zip file from the files page and extract it in the root folder of the Minecraft server. If, for whatever reason, you didn't extract it correctly, just take everything from the "plugins" folder of the .zip and place it in the "plugins" folder of the server.

2. You've now made 2 pre-configured channels; Global and Local. These channels have the respective shortcuts: "g" and "l".
You can choose to customize the permissions, but this is an optional step, as the permissions have already been registered, and in most cases, the people who chose this "Quickstart" tutorial should more than suffice with those pre-defined permissions :) If you choose to do so, go back to the listing and look for Permissions.

3. Reload the server, or preferrably; restart the server and you're good to go!
