What is Daily Raffle?

Users should be in love with your server, and want to keep coming back day after day. How do you do this? DailyRaffle is how. DailyRaffle lets your users be able to be excited for a raffle that you control when it happens, and what it gives. You're in total control. Your server is already awesome, why not make it even more awesome? Why not DailyRaffle? Why not excite your users?

New Feature!

You are now able to add yourself to the black list!

What's configurable?

You can configure the time between raffles, the items and amounts given, and the minimum players needed online for a raffle to occur. You may also configure the chat prefix. Consult the auto generated configuration file for more information regarding each field.

Installation

Firstly, download the .jar of the latest version and place it into your servers /plugins/ file, on first run the plugin will auto generate a default configuration file, you will find it in /plugins/DailyRaffle/ edit the plugin as needed in accordance with your needs and the guidelines found within the configuration file..

Permissions

DailyRaffle.use Allows use of the command ./dr
DailyRaffle.toggle Allows players to toggle them selves from the list of possible winners. (or puts them on the black list)

Commands

./dr on Turns DailyRaffle on
./dr off Turns DailyRaffle off
./dr stat Tells you the statues of DailyRaffle
./dr reload Reloads the plugin
./dr help A help command
./dr manraffle Starts a raffle with out affecting the automated schedule. (New in Version 1.2)
./dr toggle Toggles yourself from the plugins black list (New in Version 1.9)

MCStats As of version 1.2 this plugin uses MCStats, you may op-out at any time, though this helps me know how my plugin is being used. Though it is your decision.

I thought it was unsupported because I got an internal error when I did the /dr command.

Also, it would be great if we could get some commands to execute when someone wins.
And the ability to set lores and names of the items that is given away with colour code support.

Edit2: Seems like this has already been requested.

When some one be winner . then his/her suffix chat will appeear ( null ) ...such as Jimmy null (msgXXXX) ....

I'll consider adding which world to hold the raffle on, that shouldn't be hard. Currently you can configure the name of the plugin, I'll look into configurable messages, the only issue would be how to do the player name in a configured spot, as well as the items. It'll be interesting.

@ChaoticSpiders Shouldn't be hard to do. :)

Great plugin! But, would you mine adding some request(s) I have?

Blacklist - If you put the player on the Blacklist, it means that they won't be able to get the items. I'd really appreciate this one because I run a really small server, and I hate it when I get the items.
Editing in-game - I think should be able to edit some variables in-game, such as time before draws. For example,[Xh,Ys] H as for hours, S for seconds.

Sorry for so many requests. I haven't found any bugs yet. EDIT: I have found a bug, I don't what started but it's really OP when it starts though. It spams the [DailyRaffle] every once and a while maybe 15 - 30 times? But i'm not sure what caused it... I have deleted and re-installed it. Now it's working perfectly fine. I just want to find out how it was caused... There were no reports on the Console either...

You MUST have item amounts next to it. So you'd need to add an amount. If you don't want an item to be given simply erase it.

Interesting, I'll continue to look into the issue. I'll post a version 1.8.1 right now for that. However due to bukkits file approval process it might take sometime for it to be shown. Sorry about this.

no i uploaded my .jar thru file zilla and it auto generated the config and give me that error after it generated the config

I'm guessing you uploaded your Configurations using FTP? I think I know the issue, FTP doesn't upload the color symbol the config uses too well, I'll be changing that to a & ASAP.
