Command and Usage
To create a sign you just need to place sign with it's first line being a '[CycleSign]' (without quote marks)
Right Click to buy

/cyclesignsnext - Change offer to another randomly choosed one.

Configuration
First, make sure you have Vault and an economy plugin installed!

Restart your server - let it generate all configuration file...
You should end up with 4 files
offers.txt - all the offers go there, each offer in new line
settings.txt - time when the offers will change + debug if something go wrong
cyclesigns.dat - a file with info for a plugin about signs
cs.dat - This one store a current's offer number - edit only if you know what you are doing
(first offer is 0, 2nd is 1, etc.)

Permissions

• CycleSigns.* - every possible permission for this plugin
  
• CycleSigns.next - allows to use /cyclesignsnext command - default: ops only
  
• CycleSigns.new - allows to create a new sign with CycleSign - default: ops only
  
• CycleSigns.buy - allows to buy things form CycleSign sign - default: everyone
