CustomItemsAPI
CustomItemsAPI adds a few new cool items to Minecraft, they are all based on existing items and are identified by their name.
The plugin was created as an API to add and manage customized items easily, but for now the API is private. I intend to release/document the API in the future.
This plugin is no longer updated here!
CustomItemsAPI was merged into NBTEditor 2.0.
You should go over to the NBTEditor page and start by reading: information on NBTEditor 2.0.
CustomItemsAPI is open-source under GPLv3.

Posted May 14, 2013I will try to add some flags... I might not use WGCustomFlags, I will probably use WorldGuard directly.

Sorry to bother if you're busy working on other stuff, but could you also add support for WorldGuard? Preferably by adding an optional dependancy with WGCustomFlags and allowing users to add a flag to their regions restricting the use (and exploding/effects) of some custom items.

Posted May 10, 2013This may have come up before, but is it possible to add compatibility with NoCheat? Using items like the Escape Plan will kick players for flying.

Posted Apr 30, 2013Really cool plugin bro :D especially like the escape plan item :D
Currently there is no way to add your own items right? what im looking for here is a way to create custom items, and then bind the custom items to other plugin such as worldedit, or griefprevention, or logblock instead of having to use the "real" ingame items as tools to select areas and such.... do you think this could be done with your API?

Yes, that will be fixed for the next version. Droppers will drop the items, not shoot them.

Thank you! c: Also, I would like to ask, would it be possible to make Droppers, actually drop the citems? I want any player to be able to pick them up. I noticed Dispensers do drop the items but also makes them use the item, so would it be possible to make droppers actually drop the items so players can pick them up?

Posted Apr 23, 2013I love this plugin though, I think I may have found a bug, but in the latest update of this plugin, any item obtained through /citem get <item> cannot be dispensed by a dropper. Any possibility on a fix for this?

For now there are no recipes. to get the items you need to use the /citem command.
