Custom level-up !

Hi everyone, today I present you my new plugin, It's very intuitive to use, and easily configurable.

With this little plugin, you can customize a message when the player level rise, but also execute commands automatically.

No permissions and no commands for use this plugin ! Just configure the config.yml..
