Custom heads by dlf_dragon
I'm not gonna lie this plugin took me like 5 mins to create so I'm not putting any effort into this description but anyway u just enter the command: /gethead <player name> and then the head appears in your inventory. let me know if you want one where u can put UUID and value for any custom head.
