Bukkit

1) Shift clicking items needs a massive improvement
2) Cannot choose to ignore damage values when crafting (if you don't specify one in the config it just defaults to 0)
3) Cannot craft vanilla items in the Advanced Crafting Table (not sure if there is an easy way to do this)
4) Need output messages when creating a bench
5) Permissions
6) Cannot do shapeless recipe yet
