This is the plugin for you! With a beautiful Config.yml, you can easily customize this plugin to suit your server's needs! It's super fun to play with friends, and a nice addition to any server!

How can I set up?
You can easily set up Custom Casino. This plugin is all run with either a single command, or the right clicking of a Note Block. This being said, this will be updated in the near future, but currently, this is what we have decided to go with.
