CurseAway
Summary
The CurseAway plugin allows you, as the Admin, to prevent certain words, (such as curse words) from being used on your server. You can easily configure punishment, fines, and banned words to make your server swear-free.
Choosing Banned-Words
To Choose what words can't be used on your server's chat, go into the CurseAway Folder, and navigate to the Config.yml. (Note: The Folder could also be called AntiCurse). In the Config.yml, you will find a list of two example words that are banned on Chat: Hello, and Pickle. You will most likely want to remove these words, as they are not curses. To add a banned word to the list, simply go a line down on the list, type a dash, (-) and then type the banned word!

You can add as many words as you want to the list, but if you don't want players to be able to use one of the words in capital letters, you will have to put the word in caps on the list. (This will be changed in the next update).
Punishments for Cursing
This plugin easily allows for Punishments when a player curses. You can easily go into the config, and edit the Fine and Fine-Amount properties. The Fine config option disables/enables a player to be fined when he/she swears. You can set the fine amount by changing the fine-amount config option.
To use the Fine Option, You will need Vault and a Economy Plugin that works with Vault
What Happens when you Curse with CurseAway
When you curse with this plugin, you are sent a message: Don't Curse!. If you have fining turned on, X amount of dollars will be subtracted from your Economy Account. You will then get a message that says this: (Amount of Money) (Your Economy Unit) were taken from your account as a penalty for cursing. Then the amount of money you specified to be fined in the config will be taken from the player.

Posted Jul 12, 2015Half of the stuff in the plugin and the fining idea you got of PogoStick29Dev's AntiCurse plugin tutorial, and now you don't even leave his name here? Isn't that a way of copying someones plugin?
