commands:

/csegive : opens menu to get (custom item) spawn eggs without crafting (permissions will be fixed)

2. /scetoggle command : allow people to craft specific eggs, but also be able to turn recipe's off so that those recipe's can not be used

    (this will take a while because of some problems within the config)

3. craftable mob spawner

    (+ being able to use a spawn egg on a mob spawner)

sheep: mutton (in the middle slot of the crafting table) + 8 diamonds around it.

cow: raw_beef (in the middle slot of the crafting table) + 8 diamonds around it.

pig: raw_porkchop (in the middle slot of the crafting table) + 8 diamonds around it.

chicken: raw_chicken (in the middle slot of the crafting table) + 8 diamonds around it.
