Default weapons
For those who are curious about what CrackShot is capable of achieving, but squealed like a little girl upon viewing the complete list of modules, you're in luck. The plugin comes with 18 default weapons, so you can jump right into the action! ... a very small taste of the action.
- Python: Revolver w/ tactical knife

Known issues
Minecraft visual bug: Projectiles that are launched at high velocities (>40) may follow a warped flight path. Generally, they will appear to either curve to the left or to the right. Do not be fooled though, as the projectiles will always be spot-on despite what you see!
Minecraft 1.9 bug: Players may hurt themselves if they shoot at an entity that is too close to them. Affects servers between 1.9 and 1.16.
Spigot 1.15 bug: Entities cannot be hit by multiple projectiles at the same time. Affects servers between 1.15 and 1.16.4.

Posted Jun 9, 2013I like the attachments option, but taking away the scoping part is a bit annoying when using attachments. Maybe there can be an option where you can switch to an attachment, but only when crouching.
Also, some way to apply attachments to guns without one would be nice, and as a way to upgrade guns. Maybe if a gun is put on an anvil with a certain item it would then be given the attachment specified in the config

This is not currently possible. The regions specified in that particular module are whitelisted. You will definitely find a whitelist-blacklist toggle in one of the upcoming updates. I'll be busy with school for the next week, though.
Could I just quickly confirm that you have Place_Blocks set to true? Just want to make sure that the shrapnel blocks aren't placing themselves without you wanting them to.
EDIT: You will find the blacklist option in version 0.92.1. The Region_Check section of the guide has also been updated.

None of the default weapons use the Crafting module. but you can always add it yourself.

Posted Jun 8, 2013hello evryone :D. I use crackshot, this awsome plugin as you all know ^.^however i have a problem :'(. I tried making the guns craftable in the configs and with the permissions . Evrything is set right , but it still doesnt work :/. would you happen to have an idea of why it doesnt work . here is my plugin list:

Posted Jun 8, 2013Hey I'm trying to accomplish an inverse region check, does anyone know of a way to do this?
Basically I just need to prevent certain weapons from being fired in a specific region.
The weapons produce shrapnel, and the shrapnel is fire. Can't just disable PVP because it's the fire I'm trying to prevent. I've disabled fire-spread in the region but the fire still spreads, it just doesn't burn anything, so it just causes a never-ending inferno around the entire building (which is kinda cool at first but annoying after about 30 seconds of fire-crackling sound.)
If there's no way to do this currently, could an inverse region check node be added in the next version update? :D

A good way is to put item frames in a 3x3 pattern on the wall, and then place the crafting ingredients into the frames in the same configuration needed for the crafting recipe

Step one: Go on forums ask if it works for pve server
Get a reply, Job sorted

Step 1: Load up server
Step 2: Download and install plugin
Step 3: Try it, May not work
Step 4: Look in configs to see it it may need there is a option to enable it
Step 5: Look on post to see if its usable or if i have something set up right
Step 6: Ask on the forums to see if it works on PVE server with custom mob health
Step 7: Get a replay
I asked a simple question that only need a simple answer.

Just use the guns normally, but disallow pvp. It shouldn't be a problem unless a plugin modifies entity health.
