How do I use CrackShot weapons with other plugins? (kits, arenas, shops, classes etc.)

Default weapons
For those who are curious about what CrackShot is capable of achieving, but squealed like a little girl upon viewing the complete list of modules, you're in luck. The plugin comes with 18 default weapons, so you can jump right into the action! ... a very small taste of the action.

Known issues
Minecraft visual bug: Projectiles that are launched at high velocities (>40) may follow a warped flight path. Generally, they will appear to either curve to the left or to the right. Do not be fooled though, as the projectiles will always be spot-on despite what you see!
Minecraft 1.9 bug: Players may hurt themselves if they shoot at an entity that is too close to them. Affects servers between 1.9 and 1.16.
Spigot 1.15 bug: Entities cannot be hit by multiple projectiles at the same time. Affects servers between 1.15 and 1.16.4.

When I had this plugin I just updated to the newest version of spigot. @sbmax97, you say that you have the latest version, but you might want to try updating it again. They are now on build #22 at the time I posted this.

I got some problem with abilities Reset Hit Cooldown
Sometime , Reset Hit Cooldown will working on Zombie or Cactus or Any Tpye of Damage
Example :
Zombie can kill me in 1 second , the mobs does not holding any gun or weapon but reset hit cooldown will working when zombie hit me.
Please Fix This Problem Asap. :D

Posted Dec 27, 2014Thank you so much for this great plugin! I love how it is extremely customizable allowing you to make anything you can imagine, I even made a few new potions with it (With a resource pack too). The only features that I can think of to improve it is: A way to remove explosion sounds when something explodes, allow dye items to be used in the Item_Type: thing and a way to overwrite music disk lore . =)
P.S. plus a way to reduce knockback (From projectiles) dealt to victims.

Posted Dec 23, 2014In my config i have no-item-drop but when players combat log they get killed and lose everything even the no-item-drop guns. How can i fix this?, is there a plugin compatibility with combat log plugin? or something?

I'm asking how to configure guns now that Mojang has changed the way item data works (or if the config somehow gets around that and works as it always did, which would be great), not for some premade gun pack.

I'm lead to believe in 1.8 bukkit says that if the user is being damaged during the phase of being red they can't be damaged again, can you find a way to override this? So people can use guns effectively, thanks yew. <3

Posted Dec 12, 2014Hello, I had a quick request/modification to CrackShot. I work with the management of a large server network (GTAMC). I personally love CrackShot, it makes our server what it is today. I find it one of the most unique plugins available for download. Anyways, I was recently looking to further customize some existing weapons, primarily guns (Bazooka/Launcher type). I stumbled across this project here that worked in correlation with CrackShot. However, the link was redacted due to Bukkit terms. I would greatly appreciate it if you could add a feature/module into crackshot that supports missile tracking as seen in that project, if your schedule allows it. If it not, thanks for your time :)

Posted Dec 12, 2014Hi, what a crazy plugin, I still can't believe you can transform Minecraft as well as you did ! However I have a question : I created an autoshotgun and set on Abilities Knockback to 0, and added the function that enable to not have the invulnerabilty delay anymore. But when I shoot a player or an entity with this weapon, it has a REALLY important knockback because of the continual shot. Is there a way to prevent that ? Thank you in advance :)

Your problem is quite simple.
Citizens npc's are not set up to take damage like regular players are. Test your gun out on mobs or on friends on a local host server. You can use damage indicators to see the damage taken.
