Contraband Asker
Contraband Asker is a simple lightweight plugin designed for prison server to help the guards ask for the players contraband items. Sometimes a guard counting down for a sword can spam the chat which isn't ideal. This plugin will instead only display a message to the person asking for their contraband item.
Features
Simple Easy to Use Commands Only Displays the asking message to the guard and the player. Displays the guard's name to make it clear who the guard is. Uses the prisoner's name to make it easier to notice.
Commands
/sword
Usage: /sword <name>
/bow
Usage: /bow <name>
/pot
Usage: /pot <name>
/arrow
Usage: /arrow <name>
/out
Usage: /out <name>
These commands will ask the player for their sword/bow/pot/arrow. Giving them clear notification of the guard who asks for their sword/bow/pot/arrow. The plugin will then count down from 5 to aid the guard.
Permissions
contrabandasker.sword
Allows the use of the /sword command
contrabandasker.bow
Allows the use of the /bow command
contrabandasker.pot
Allows the use of the /arrow command
contrabandasker.arrow
Allows the use of the /arrow command
contrabandasker.out
Allows the use of the /out command
contrabandasker.see
Allows the players to see which guard is asking for which players contraband item
Planned Features
Commands for other contraband items, such as drugs. Simple config file to allow you to customise the messages sent to players.

Posted Feb 15, 2016Hello Stuartie. I need help. I have been putting the permissions in the Officer group. And I tried the commands on my 2nd account. It works when Im op to. But on my deop'd account. I try the commands. (./sword (player) and it says I must me a cop in order to use this command. Please help!!!

Posted Feb 15, 2016Hello, this plugin is amazing. I have seen you have used it on Broncin City. But Im trying to use this for my server aswell but... when I go to add the permissions. Then when I try to use it on my secound account. I try to use /sword (player) command. It says I must be a cop in order to use it. What does that mean?

Posted Sep 11, 2014Its been a long time, I plan over the next week or two to start re-writing this plugin to make it more efficient and easier for me to manage.
This will be V2 and once it is released I will work on making the config to have customised messages, as well as specified time for the countdowns. I will also be trying to make it that once you have picked up the item asked for it will stop the countdown, this may or may not be in the V2 update or might come in V2.1 I will inform you all when I do this.

Yes, I will do that right now :)
Also keep an eye out for a few updates over the next week or two. I will have the armour command added tonight and I will also have a config coming within the next few days for you to specify how long the countdown should be.

By the looks of it you are running craftbukkit 1.5.2. Could you please tell me what version of my plugin you are using (don't say latest)
If you are using V1.3 please update your server to work with 1.6.2

I am also working on making configurable times for the countdown, I nearly have release, but came across a bug that I am trying to iron out.

Posted May 16, 2013Update: This plugin still fully works with 1.5.2. I will be releasing a 1.5.2 update at the start of next week, this is due to me having exams at the moment and I have not had the same time to work on this.
In update 1.2 expect:
Added use of /drug
Added use of /out
To anyone wanting the countdown to stop upon picking up the item this will be added in the 1.3 update as this will be when I get time to fully start working on the full plugin again. Also a config may appear in either 1.3 or 1.4 update!
