ConsiderateCreepers
Please note: although I have no reason to believe that the basic nature of this plugin is likely to be broken by future updates, it is no longer being updated nor tested.
ConsiderateCreepers makes sure that all blocks destroyed in creeper's explosion are dropped as items, and are not completely destroyed.
The idea for this simple plugin was suggested by Baron_von_Hinten, here.

I just tested the plugin out with some TNT, it definitely only effects creeper explosions. If you're sure otherwise, please open a support ticket.

Posted Aug 15, 2012Hey, this was actually what I was looking for, so I gave it a shot and tested it and added it aswell to our server. So far(about 2days) its working without any problems, no errors or anything.
Only thing I don't completly like is that TnT gives back all resources aswell. Maybe, if possible, adding an option to turn it off would be nice.
