IMPORTANT INFORMATION (25. June 2012)
This project has now been taken over by iKeirNez, who will continue work on CommandsEX in the same fashion I did - and even better! It was a pleasure to create this tiny little thingy for you guys. Have some great Minecraft days in there and see you all in another life :) zathrus_writer
Build your very own plugin set - Lego style!
If you ever needed a single function but had to download a massive plugin that contained it, you will probably know the feeling. It could be hard to pick up the right plugin-set for a server with all the plugins currently in existence. Especially since many of them conflict with each other.
That is the idea behind CommandsEX project - to allow server administrators to choose which commands and functions they really need and let them trash all the rest.

- CommandsEX Builder - create your very own CommandsEX build!
- CommandsEX Test Server - play about with the latest features not yet available to download!
Configuration
CommandsEX uses standard config.yml file, located in CommandsEX folder in your plugins directory. Options in the configuration file are clearly commented and their list is also present in the Configuration section of the plugin Wiki.
Additionally, CommandsEX allows anybody with the permission to access the /cex command. Some options from the config file are retrievable and can also be updated via this command.

Posted Oct 15, 2012CommandsEX v1.98 is now available
Sorry for uploading so many updates recently, but we want everyone to benefit from the features of CommandsEX and we have found a few bugs recently that have broken some functionalities. This version fixes an issue with join condensing and spawn point saving.

GroupManager is already supported. Any permissions plugin using SuperPerms will be compatible.

This version adds a converter which imports CommandBook Homes and Warps into CommandsEX. To use it simply create a folder named converts in plugins/CommandsEX, next get your homes.csv and/or warps.csv and move them to the convert folder. Rename homes.csv to CommandBookHomes.csv and warps.csv to CommandBookWarps.csv.
Now start the server and let it do its magic. Full documentation on this will be available on the wiki soon.

Just thought I would give you a quick status update, so far for the converter it will take the data out and set each players primary home for each world. Then with the non-primary worlds it will convert them into private warps for the owner of the warps. Now I need to convert all other warps, spawn location, muted players and banned players. Some of this might not need done but I haven't checked yet.
I hope to release an update this week with the CommandBook -> CommandsEX converter and then after that I will begin work on other converters like Essentials.

The latest version is mainly a fix for economy and timed based promotions when using promoteSet. It also includes a fix for the Update Alerter, say goodbye to constant nags about a new version that doesn't exist.

Keir,
Thanks for getting back to me. Enjoy your holiday and don't worry about my issues until you get back. I'm a couple of weeks away from having everything else ready, so I'm sure there will be time to sort it all out when you get back. Everything else is running great.
I'm not much of a Skype user. If you're on Gmail/Google Chat, let me know and I'll PM you my Google contact info.
Thanks, eubie

I am very sorry you are having issues with this, unfortunately I am on holiday just now and non of the computers at the internet cafe will allow me to run eclipse to release an update. As soon as I get back home I will fix this for you. I should've tested this before releasing it haha.
Feel free to add me on skype if you have not already, if you have please let me know your skype name. Mine is iKeirNez.
I will also look into the update announcer being weird, we switched our update announcer service recently and we just need to get it all sorted.
Keir

Posted Oct 4, 2012After installing version 1.95 I got the same error as lenivets09. I put globalSpawnWorld: world in the config.yml and it eliminated the error. However, I am getting a notification that a newer version of CommandsEX is available for me to download.
Also, the ecoPromote seems to be having trouble. I was going to test the new promoteSet function, but when I paid the player enough money to promote to the next rank, the player was set to the new rank, then immediately set back to the old rank, then to the new rank again, then to the old rank, etc. in a never-ending loop. I ran a second test, giving enough money to rank up multiple ranks, to see if it would cycle through all the ranks the player could have qualified for. It did not. It simply went back and forth between the highest rank the player qualified for, and the previous rank he had at the time he gained the additional money.
Here's a link to my config.yml: https:docs.google.com/open?id=0B5QHowrBIgmVVGRBbW1saEc5bms
Thanks, eubie
