IMPORTANT INFORMATION (25. June 2012)
This project has now been taken over by iKeirNez, who will continue work on CommandsEX in the same fashion I did - and even better! It was a pleasure to create this tiny little thingy for you guys. Have some great Minecraft days in there and see you all in another life :) zathrus_writer
Build your very own plugin set - Lego style!
If you ever needed a single function but had to download a massive plugin that contained it, you will probably know the feeling. It could be hard to pick up the right plugin-set for a server with all the plugins currently in existence. Especially since many of them conflict with each other.
That is the idea behind CommandsEX project - to allow server administrators to choose which commands and functions they really need and let them trash all the rest.
More information
- Official Wiki
- CommandsEX Builder - create your very own CommandsEX build!
- CommandsEX Test Server - play about with the latest features not yet available to download!
Configuration
CommandsEX uses standard config.yml file, located in CommandsEX folder in your plugins directory. Options in the configuration file are clearly commented and their list is also present in the Configuration section of the plugin Wiki.
Additionally, CommandsEX allows anybody with the permission to access the /cex command. Some options from the config file are retrievable and can also be updated via this command.

Thanks for the ideas, currently you can only have one home set per world, but you can create private warps which is basically the same.
We may add some of those commands too, I think the ability to teleport to a players home is great.

Posted Aug 15, 2012This plugin is great! CommandBook, Essentials, CommandBin and AdminCMD are totally unneeded and obsolete! :)
Is CommandsEx use custom MOTD in config? Can you add multihome feature to your plugin?
/sethome [home name] - set named home point /home [home name] - teleport to named home point /tphome <player> [home name] - tp to named home point of another player (default for OP's) /delhome <player> [home name] - delete named home point of another player (default for OP's)

Thanks for those suggestions, they really help. Some of them have already been added though such as: /mute, /spawner and /fly

Posted Aug 14, 2012Some new commands:
/enchant all - enchant your currently held item with all enchantments to the highest level you can enchant.
/enchant <enchantment> <level> - enchant your currently held item.
/spy (or /spectate) - allows you to see what your players are doing from their point of view.
/spy off (or /spectate off) - will take you out of spectate mode.
/spy full (or /spectate full) - allows you to also manipulate another player (without manipulating chat).
/mute <player> [time] - prevent player from chatting on selected time. Example: /mute Notch 10 - mute player Notch on ten minutes.
/put <player> - teleport another player to the location that you are looking at.
/coord - get your current coordinates.
/whois <player> - get full information about player (curent gamemode, mute/ban/freeze/jail status, IP address, etc.).
/dc <player> - prevent player from using any commands.
/spawner <mobtype> - set mob in mobspawner that you are looking at. Example: /spawner Zombie.
/fly [on|off] - flying as creative gamemode, but without gamemode.

Thats already been added, you are only supposed to use /cex_(command) when another plugin overrides it.
For example lets say you have WorldEdit installed and it overrides the command /ext, if you want to use CommandsEXs /ext then you can use /cex_ext

Posted Aug 14, 2012This plugin looks very nice.
I however dislike the prefix "cex_" in every command.
Can this be easily configured somehow? It will be pain for players to type those commands, and harder to remember than regular "/spawn" etc.

Posted Aug 14, 2012Fixed the Builder
Just thought I would let you know that we fixed the builder when selecting coloured signs, if you selected coloured signs when you downloaded CommandsEX from the builder, then you may have to redownload it from the builder.
Sorry for the inconvience
EDIT: Thanks @Scrayos for letting me know it wasn't working.

That's the Point. Before I got SimpleSignEdit. With that it works. But if I do it out of the Plugins folder and restart, it does not work anymore.

That was due to a documentation error, I have updated the wiki accordingly. https://sourceforge.net/p/commandsex/wiki/Items%20and%20Inventory/ Please let me know if you require any further help.
Yes we are planning on adding that feature pretty soon and maybe even creating our own chat system for CommandsEX

No Errors. Yes, I got the Perm. I got "*" and OP. And If I define Kits in the Config, and Type Ingame after a Restart "/kit" - The Server says: "No kits defined".
btw: Could you please add fast a "/msg" system? - Really want to use your Plugin, but that is Missing,
