Colored Tabnames
About
This plugin simply makes your name in the tablist colorful if you have one of the following permissions. It is really leighweight because you only have to give your players the permission. If you want you can give my other plugins also a look : http://dev.bukkit.org/profiles/Minesuchtiiii/
- This plugin has an auto-update features, which downloads the newest version of the plugin automatically. If you want, you can disable it in a config file.
Permissions
- ct.* | Permission for all colors, you shouldn't give this permission any group
- ct.black | Color black (&0)
- ct.darkblue | Color darkblue (&1)
- ct.darkgreen | Color darkgreen (&2)
- ct.indigo | Color indigo (&3)
- ct.darkred | Color darkred (&4)
- ct.purple | Color purple (&5)
- ct.orange | Color orange (&6)
- ct.gray | Color gray (&7)
- ct.darkgray | Color darkgray (&8)
- ct.indo | Color indo (&9)
- ct.green | Color green (&a)
- ct.blue | Color blue (&b)
- ct.red | Color red (&c)
- ct.pink | Color pink (&d)
- ct.yellow | Color yellow (&e)
- ct.white | Color white (&f)
Commands
- /ctinfo | Shows the plugin info
- /ctversion | Shows the plugin version
Installation
Simply put the .jar file in you plugins folder and start/reload/restart your server.

Posted Feb 19, 2015This plugin doesn't work for people on my server using minecraft 1.8 for some reason. It works for people with their client version as 1.8.1, though. Also, one of the groups is displaying as gold/orange when it's supposed to be displaying as red.

Posted Feb 18, 2015Ok I found a bug.
So I have group A (Default) and group (b) bronze
When I give default group let's say ct.yellow
and I give group bronze ct.orange
Bronze groups color won't work because it inherits from default and it turns to white name. Any way to fix? I'm using PEX and it seems to be a problem with it inheriting another color from the previous group.
edit; seems it doesn't work with groups at all?

Got it fixed. The jar didn't install correctly and I had to remove and reinstall.

"If you are owner you have to remove the permission "ct.*" from the owners group and then add the permission for the color you like to have for the owner group, else the name from owners will be black in the tablist!"
